Our Team

Paolo BAZZOLI – Founder and Director
Is a food engineer who graduated from Milan University in 2005. In 2024, he earned an Executive MBA diploma from UCLouvain, Belgium.
He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and the inventor of eight granted patent applications.
With a career spanning 20 years in the food industry, Paolo has accumulated deep specialization and managerial expertise in process innovation, production, operational excellence, research and development, and sustainability.
