Paolo Bazzoli, the founder, is a food engineer who graduated from Milan University in 2005. In 2024, he earned an Executive MBA diploma from UCLouvain, Belgium.
He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and the inventor of eight granted patent applications—six at the national level and two under the PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty).
With a career spanning 20 years in the food industry, Paolo has accumulated deep specialization and managerial expertise in process innovation, production, operational excellence, research and development, and sustainability.
After holding leadership positions in multinational companies such as Malteurop Group, Harboes Brewery, AB-InBev, Heineken, and Barry-Callebaut, Paolo embarked on a journey to share his experience and knowledge with multiple companies simultaneously.
His tailored expertise extends to the following sectors:
- The entire brewer’s supply chain—from barley, through malting, to beer production.
- Malt extracts in various forms, including diastatic, enzymatic, black, peated, clarified, and regular malt extract from diverse cereal origins.
- Cocoa and chocolate industry, covering everything from raw beans to the final product.
